Customer Service
La Bodeguita is a family run business which prides itself on a very high
level of customer service. We are happy to deal with enquiries or take
orders by phone, fax, or e-mail as well as through our website. Our customer
service number is: 0870 555 1234 and is available during working
hours: (between 9.00am and 5.30pm) every day except weekends
and bank holidays. Calls will be charged at national rates. During the
busy Christmas period we plan to have the office manned on Saturday mornings
from 9.00 to 12.30.
Complaints Procedure
Due to the high level of customer care La Bodeguita provides, complaints
are rare. However, we do take complaints very seriously, and have strict
procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.

or telephone 0870 555 1234, detailing the following:
- Order Number
- Description of goods. Please make this as informative as possible
- Contact name and telephone number and/or e-mail address.
Following receipt of your complaint La Bodeguita aims to respond within
48 hours with a resolution to the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
Throughout resolution of the complaint, we will keep you fully informed
of progress. All complaints will be kept confidential.

’No Quibble’ Returns Policy
At La Bodeguita we pride ourselves on the quality of our service, and
always endeavour to meet the high standards we feel our customers deserve.
As such the items you choose should arrive in pristine condition. If for
whatever reason an item needs to be returned, we offer a no quibble returns
policy as long as goods are returned in the same condition as they were
received and in their original packing within 14 days of receipt. The
reason for return must be detailed on the accompanying letter. The recipient
will be given a choice of receiving a replacement item, or a refund. If
the return is due to either damage or our error, we will also ensure that
the recipient is fully reimbursed for the costs incurred in returning
the item.
Please note: If the reason is due to fault, damage, or loss in
transit, the customer will need to notify La Bodeguita within 48 hours
of receipt, however they will still have 14 days to return the item(s).
This guarantee does not interfere with your statutory rights
On-line Security
Secure credit card information is paramount, and we appreciate
that this will be one of your main concerns when buying from us
through this web site.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to process your orders
on a secure server. SSL is the standard in Internet ordering security.
We use this technology to encrypt your credit card details. As
an added precaution, we never store your credit card details on
our server. As soon as we receive your encrypted credit card details,
they are processed and your credit card details are immediately
deleted.
Methods Of Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Electron and JCB
payment cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express at the
moment. All payment is processed securely on line – if you have any

If you wish to pay by cheque, this can be done by using our mail

Currency, Sales Tax (VAT) And Duty
All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive
of UK sales tax (VAT). Any customs or imports duties incurred
on entering a country are the responsibility of the customer.
Description Of Products
We have taken great care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications
of our products are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is
an extremely close representation, a slight variation may occur. La Bodeguita
cannot accept any responsibility for any colour variation caused by the
computer hardware used by you or by the browser software.
